Make The Bunny Cracker Snack

  • Bunny crackers (we used Annie’s Homegrown)
  • Cucumber
  • Knife
  • Plate

Cut pieces of the cucumber into thin strips. We used both the peel and the inside of the cucumber. My oldest could cut the cucumber, but I cut the strips for the littler ones.

Bunny snack - cute and healthy snack for kids!

Give the strips and the bunnies to the kids to create their own scenes. We had bunnies hiding in the grass, sleeping on the grass, jumping over it. It’s a fun way to make snack-time playful.

And it was our snack for this month’s Virtual Book Club for Kids. The book we are reading this month is The Tale of Peter Rabbit (affiliate link) by Beatrix Potter. We used 5 rabbit crackers after reading the book – one for each of Flopsy, Mopsy, Cottontail, Peter, and Mrs. Rabbit.
