Watermelon Train Snack
My boys love watermelon and this train snack- is simple to make, and it gets them asking for serving after serving of fruit!
To assemble:
- Cut the train shape out of watermelon: It is basically just 3 rectangles – a big one for the body, a tall skinny one for the cab, and a shorter one for the funnel.
- 2 banana slices and 2 blueberries become wheels
- Cut a square from the banana for a window
- Add a few more banana slices as steam.
And remember- the great thing about kids is that it doesn’t have to look perfect for them to love it!
